What we do

 

We instruct a kickboxing style for individual training purposes only.  We do not teach people to engage in combat or other forms of fighting.  Each client learns different ways to strike with the upper and lower body to get fit.  The body learns how to be more reactive with a focus on hand eye coordination, and the ability to react in time and space.  The client also gains a fundamental awareness of balance and stability through the use of unstable environment's we train on.  Core endurance and strength are also enhanced in our process. 

Training time is taken to ensure proper progression in a safe and controlled manner.

Athletes can benefit in the sport they participate by using dynamic movements which will enable them to react faster on the field.
